Zach serves as manager for both Confident Equipment and Kubota of Lynchburg. He has worked in every aspect of the company from Parts to Sales and takes pride in the Kubota name!
He's always willing to answer questions from customers, and you can find him on our YouTube channel doing just that!

Walter Smith
You might recognize Walter as a familiar face from Kubota of Lynchburg! We're excited to have him as our salesman here at the Montvale location.
Walter is a walking Kubota encyclopedia and this year marks his 16th year of experience working at a Kubota dealership.
He's local to the Thaxton area, so if you see him in town, be sure to say hi!
Nick Kessler
Blake McCormick
Blake is our Parts & Service Manager! He recently moved to the area from Charleston, SC and brings over 7 years of Kubota parts and service experience to our team! He’s always happy to help customers track down exactly what they need to get their machine up and running.
When not at work, he enjoys playing softball and dodgeball.
Nathan Kochendarfer
We're excited to have Nathan on our Parts team! His previous experience as a truck driver makes him a pro at customer service and he is happy to help you find the parts you need!
Nathan is a proud Kubota owner, and has 3 pieces of his own- an RTV, a tractor and a zero turn. He's a big believer in Kubota's quality!
