If you're searching for a reliable, sub-compact tractor near Montvale, Virginia, Confident Equipment carries the full line of Kubota BX Series tractors. We serve homeowners, landscapers, and small property owners throughout the Montvale, Roanoke, and Lynchburg area with a lineup built for mowing, hauling, digging, and everyday property work, all in a machine small enough to fit in a standard garage.
Every BX Series tractor runs on a hydrostatic transmission (HST), so there's no clutch or gear shifting, just press the pedal to go. Kubota's Swift-Tach loader system lets you attach or remove the front loader without tools, and every model stands under 7 feet tall with the ROPS up, so it fits in a standard garage.
The BX1880 is the entry-level BX model, built for homeowners and light landscapers with smaller properties. It's sized right for lawn care, garden work, and general maintenance without more tractor than you need.
Day-to-day chores like mowing, hauling materials, and light snow removal are well within its reach, and since it runs on a hydrostatic transmission, there's no gear shifting to learn, just press the pedal to control speed and direction. That makes it a solid pick for anyone new to operating a tractor.
The BX2380 steps up in power for larger properties, light landscaping, and towing work. It handles demanding jobs like moving heavy materials or mowing larger areas with more muscle than the BX1880, while still running on the same easy-to-use HST transmission. If you attach a front loader, back blade, or landscape rake, the BX2380 has the lift capacity to support it comfortably.
The BX2680 is the most powerful standard BX model, built for heavier-duty work like grading, hauling large loads, and more intensive landscaping. It's the right fit for larger properties or small farming tasks where the BX2380 doesn't quite have enough muscle, while still keeping the same simple HST operation the whole BX line is known for.
The BX23S pairs BX Series power with a performance-matched BT603 backhoe, built for digging trenches, removing stumps, and other excavation work a standard sub-compact tractor can't handle. It's the pick for anyone who needs a machine that can mow and haul as easily as it can dig, whether that's homeowners tackling a bigger project or small contractors who need one tractor to cover multiple jobs.
Confident Equipment currently stocks the full BX Series lineup: BX1880, BX2380, BX2680, and BX23S.
